No idea where to start once you have joined our self-defence training? We can help.

At Bucks Pro Mai, we offer friendly advice and support to our new members. Getting started is easy. You can just start with loose clothing. No uniform or equipment required to start. You can be in bare feet and can just bring a drink. Your first lesson is free. When required, we will provide you with high-quality equipment, just turn up!
